REPS’ energetic team of Maui personal trainers motivate and guide you for improved health, fitness and well-being. With backgrounds in physiology, anatomy, injury prevention, monitoring exercise intensity, nutrition, psychology and motivation the trainers at REPS utilize the latest techniques to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. They design a workout program and an exercise regimen which fits your lifestyle. Your workouts are always supervised and recorded.

Personal training sessions at REPS are one-on-one or shared by two.
Group classes can be scheduled by appointment in STOTT MAT PILATES®,
Fitness Ball, Stretching.
SPINNING® indoor cycling bikes (StarTrac NXT) available for individual or private group use.

REPS Co-Owners / Senior Trainers Marjo Selin and Hannu Selin
are also available for Private Sessions.

Previous Fitness Industry Experience:
As part of his personal training education Mark completed a 32-hour training program with Dr. Fred Hatfield, one-on-one, covering all aspects of sports nutrition and exercise science, power lifting, periodization, Olympic training, biomechanics, and kinesiology.

1997 - 2005 Mark worked as a personal trainer at Balanced Fitness (Pelham, NY), MAC (Mt. Kisco, NY), Personal Wellness Center (Somers, NY), Evolution Fitness Club (Mahopac, NY), and Equinox Fitness Club (Scardale, NY). Since moving to Maui in 2005 Mark has contracted his services for REPS Training Center in Wailea.

Previous Fitness Industry Experience:
Pamela has worked in the Health and Fitness Industry for over 30 years. Running her own business "Get Personal", a Professional Fitness Training Program 1985-1996. She taught a variety of Health & Fitness classes at various Sports Clubs and Gym Facilities throughout Southern California including the well renouned "Rancho La Puerta, Health Spa/Resort in Tecate, Mexico. Pamela Co-owned and was the Creative Director of "The Impresario Dance Art", a Dance Production Company. Pamela is now focused on Adult/Senior Wellness and Fitness, blending a Holistic Lifestyle approach for Vitality & Longevity!

Is to maintain a balance throughout each day , Physically, Mentally, Emotionally & Spiritually. I enjoy motivating others for "Better Living", bringing together a Healthy way of life with a Fit Body.
