Spinning® is a unique, indoor stationary bike program created in the 1980's by world-class cyclist Jonathan Goldburg aka Johnny G. This efficient, high-energy group exercise integrates music, camaraderie and visualization in a complete mind-body exercise routine. The class size at REPS is limited with 12 available bikes at a time, including 8 NXT bikes which are now equipped with Spinning computer.

PILATES REFORMER & MAT ( private sessions / mat classes )
and SPRINGBOARD/TOWER ( semi-private class for 3 )
Group mat classes focus on postural alignment, controlled movements with energizing and refreshing deep breathing. Emphasis is on core strength, concentration, balance, and coordination.
At this time no group reformer classes are offered. One-on-one private sessions with an instructor can be scheduled Monday through Friday as well as semi-private ( 2 or 3 ) sessions with the wall springboard units.

Restorative Yoga

A gentle, therapeutic style of Yoga utilizing props to support the body to deepen the benefits of the poses. It is a soothing and nurturing practice that promotes the effects of conscious relaxation and healing.
Kickboxing

A fun and inspiring 45-minute cardio and total body conditioning class. Utilizing martial arts forms in a safe and fitness based method to produce results. Class begins with great music and easy to follow combinations to learn basic punches and kicks. The last part of class tones the entire body with circuits of strength training and contact rounds with the instructor using gloves and focus mitts.
