Private 1-hour Group Spin is $120.00 incl. tax per class.
1 to 6 participants (2x/$60.00 pp, 3x/$40.00 pp, 4x/$30.00 pp, 5x/$24.00 pp, 6x/$20.00 pp ).
All group classes are By Appointment with Full Advance Payment.

PILATES MAT & TOWER

We offer exclusively private custom-designed classes for clients’ group of family & friends by appointment.

Matwork focuses on postural alignment, controlled movements with energizing and refreshing deep breathing. Emphasis is on core strength, concentration, balance, and coordination.

One-on-one or Duet Private Reformer sessions with an instructor can be scheduled Monday through Sunday as well as Trio sessions with the Wall Springboard/Tower units.
